Mr Jason Bogie -Your guide Ms Silen Truy was wonderful
Thursday, February 09, 2012 2:09 PM
Hello

We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for your help.
Your guide Ms Silen Truy was wonderful, and the best guide we had duringour three-week trip in Vietnam. She allowed us flexibility, which was importantwith a small child, and with changing weather conditions. She was also verycaring and patient, and she helped us understand more about the environment andthe people in Sapa.
I would certainly recommend your company again, and Ms Silen Truy as aguide in Sapa.

Warm regards,
Kim Stockham

Ms Fauziah Abdulah -We definitely recommend you

Hello Ms Hai Yen,

Thank you for enquiring about us. We are all doing fine, at the momentrecovering from our trip. The trip to Vietnam was wonderful with many beautifulplaces and people. I am glad to have been able to expose my children to yourcountry's beauty.

All in all, the services provided by your company was good and to ourexpectation. I am thankful to have your contact because you really helped us alot with regards to transport. Our first train ride in Vietnam on Fanxipan wasgood. I remember in 1 of your emails, you suggested taking Fanxipan as it isnewer and thus more comfortable. Thank you for the suggestion. The train wasrather clean and services rendered by the train staff good also. However thetrain to Hue wasn't as good. It was definitely older than Fanxipan and therewere cockroaches in the cabin. This caused some of my family members a sleeplessnight. The cabin was also slightly smaller than Fanxipan.
With regards to the drivers, they were relatively good and did their job well.Mr Tran and your other staff were definitely helpful and went beyond theirnormal call of duties to help us.

I hope my feedback are helpful. Thank you once again for all the help that yourcompany has rendered to us while we were in Vietnam. I will definitely recommendVietnam, particularly Sapa and Halong, as a must go holiday destination. Thankyou once again and have a great day!

Regards
Fauziah Abdulla

Mr Adam Lee Wai Loon -We had a really good time in Sapa

Dear Ms Yen,

I couldn't thank you enough for making all the arrangement and ensuringthat our trip went so well, not including the fact that you made it happe atlast minute.
We had a really good time in Sapa! Mey Pham, our guide, was really helpfuland we enjoy going around Sapa with her. Even our driver was a really nice guyand made sure that we have enough time to tour around and take photos as well. It's definitely 5-star treatment for everyone.
As for the train, it was really nice to be in a private cabin on our wayback. It was really comfortable and relaxing. I love the train rides, eventhough I think I will have difficulty if I were to take the train by myself.
All in all, I really appreciate the service rendered by Vietnam Tour. Itwas very worthy and memorable. Thank you so much.
I'll definitely stay in touch and request for your service whenever I can.
Until then, take care and see you soon.

 Regards,
 Adam

Mr John Ross -We had a very special time in Sapa
Fri,Oct 28,2011 at 6:32 PM
We had a very special time in Sapa and we are already planning to comeback to Vietnam and visit Sapa again! We particularly enjoyed the train trip up to Sapa - it was like being onthe Orient Express. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we loved the privatecabin and slept well. The trip back was good too but the Aircon stopped in themiddle of the night and it became quite hot in the cabin. Our pickup from Lao Cai was simple and our guide Chai was exceptional! Shehas great knowledge of the hill people and their history and has a great senseof humour and speaks English very well. We had a wonderfulwalk through thevillages and we are keen to do a homestay next visit. Chai will be a verysuccessful guide and I'm sure she is destined for great things in her life. The Victoria Hotel was great and the chef there is superb! We had threecourses each and each one was fantastic! Our compliments to the chef. The bestmeal we have had in Vietnam. The Sapa View breakfast was good but not great. The staff were friendlyand we enjoyed the view. We would probably eat somewhere different next time forbreakfast. The Pho at the Victoria was very good. We have been comparingthroughout Vietnam and I think it is still at the top (although my wife makesthe best ;-)).Topas Ecolodge Cabins were very comfortable and would have a stunning viewon a clear day,but we did not have a clear day - who can help that?! We wouldprobably not go back there as it does not offer the variety of experiences thatSapa has. The staff were all very young and I think some people would value theadvice of someone older at times. The young staff werefriendly and helpful but Ithink still learning. We were held captive by the Red Dao women on our walks andalthough we like their conversation and advice,it is impossible to have walkwithout them.Overall,we loved our trip to Vietnam and Sapa was a special time in ourtrip. We will definitely be back and seeking your help and advice again

 Lan Anh!Best regards,

Mr Beatrix Grunewald -thanks for your perfect organisation.

Dear Ms. Hai Yen,sorry for the late answer. Now we are back in Germany, and it is cold andrainy. We want express our thanks for your perfect organisation.Your fantastic guides showed us the magic of Northern Vietnam.Especially the visit to the home from Thuy May in Sapa was impressing.Your guide in Hanoi,Mr. Quin, has a great knowledge about thedestinations. He timed the trip absolutly perfect and we could visitTam Coc and a phantastic cave in Halong bay without seeing any othertourists. The drivers worked very safe and the cars were verycomfortably. We also enjoyed the stay in the hotels. It was one of the best trips,we ever made. For our next Vietnamtrip we will choose your company definitely.Best Regards

Ms Helen Thornburgh -,you organised an excellent tour for us and everything went smoothly
Thursday,September 22,2011 11:52 AM
Dear Ms Hai Yen,We have now had time to reflect on our holiday in Vietnam and would like to give you our feedback.First of all,you organised an excellent tour for us and everything went smoothly. There were no hitches,it was sowell planned.Secondly our guides were all keen and enthusiastic but we would especially single out Lee in Hoi An and Tom in NhaTrang/Dalat. They were more experienced, knowledgeable and spoke good English.Thirdly, our accommodation was generally excellent and gave us a good flavour of small family run hotels in Hanoi andHCMC with unexpected luxury at My Tra and Dalat. Hoi An was comfortable with huge rooms but the Nha Trang hotel was alittle disappointing;our rooms were very small.Fourthly the tours and trips were again excellent. There were too many highlights to mention but I really enjoyedHalong Bay,the Red Bridge cooking class and Cu Chi tunnels.Fifthly,we enjoyed our eating experiences and were very surprised at the high quality of the set lunches (in ourexperience they are usually predictable and ordinary). So once again, many thanks for a great tour and introduction to your wonderful country. We would certainly recommend you to our friends. We look forward to returning and using your services again.

Regards,Helen Thornburgh.

Ms Jane Lowe -Many thanks for all your help! K

Hi Mrs Hai Yen,Thank-you for your e mail. We absolutely loved our trip to Vietnam. It is such a lovely country and so many interesting things to see. The only trip we didn't really enjoy was the tour on the Island in the Mekong Delta. We really felt it was all about trying to extract more money from us. e.g. some locals entertaining us with some singing, then tipping the donkey ride drivers etc. It was a series of different events and they all made us feel uncomfortable as we didn't really know what the normal procedure was. We really loved the tour we did to the floating market though which we did before the Island tour. All our other tours we booked through you were really fantastic.Trip was absolutely amazing and I have passed your name onto other friends who are planning to travel to Vietnam!

Many thanks for all your help!Kind Regards,Jane Lowe

Ms Christina Khung -Wonderfully surprising! You did a wonderful job
Monday,September 19,2011 10:09 PM
Hi Ms Hai Yen,It is absolutely amazing to recieve this email from you. The least expected from a travel agent...especially on my 1st day back at home. Wonderfully surprising! You did a wonderful job right from the start of helping me tie down the trip in within 2-3days. Your promptness, proactiveness and command of the English language are plus points. I truely appreciate your flexibility in my payment. I was on the verge of confirming with another company but they didn't have the flexible payment option so I decided to jump ship over to your company. Both you and Diep are excellent service providers. Your company has found a gem. All your service partners are wonderful too. Our tour guide in Sapa:Ms So did a great job. Our contact person (sorry I forgot his name) who helped us get onboard the train to sapa and recieved us back from Sapa,he was amazing too.We like the point to point contact person you have set up throughout the trip. It made us felt safe and well looked after. We knew that you guys have got everything settled and we had a peace of mind.FeedbackRegarding our 1hr 10mins delayed pick up to Halong bay on 14Sep:The tour guide could have called the hotel to inform guests about the delay. At least we know what is happening. Rather than be kept wondering and waiting. Taking this extra step will greatly cease any unhappiness.Thank you for your email. We'll definately contact you again for our future travels to indochina.

 Blessings,
Christina &Family.
